Submission review: Every intake is individually reviewed. We respond within one business day with a written scope of work and pricing confirmation.
To begin: Work commences only upon execution of a formal engagement agreement and receipt of a 50% engagement deposit.
Remaining balance: Due prior to issuance of final deliverables.
Standard timeline: Approximately 10–15 business days from completed on-site access. Expedited options available (rush fees apply).
Deliverables: All reports and correspondence are issued via documented email. The report is yours — you may share it with lenders, investors, legal counsel, or agencies.
