Advanced Energy Modeling (HERS) +$1.5K–$5K

Deep-dive mechanical and envelope modeling for LL97 compliance planning and maximum energy ROI.

Compare this building against your full portfolio or NYC market benchmarks. Essential for acquisitions and lender reporting.

How Engagements Work

Submission review: Every intake is individually reviewed. We respond within one business day with a written scope of work and pricing confirmation.

To begin: Work commences only upon execution of a formal engagement agreement and receipt of a 50% engagement deposit.

Remaining balance: Due prior to issuance of final deliverables.

Standard timeline: Approximately 10–15 business days from completed on-site access. Expedited options available (rush fees apply).

Deliverables: All reports and correspondence are issued via documented email. The report is yours — you may share it with lenders, investors, legal counsel, or agencies.

I understand that submission does not guarantee engagement approval. Scope suitability, documentation readiness, and capacity are reviewed individually and communicated by email.

I acknowledge that approved engagements require a formal written agreement and a 50% engagement deposit to initiate work. The remaining balance is due prior to final deliverables.
