Reports are based on information available at the time of review and are not guarantees of project outcomes or regulatory acceptance.

5. Accuracy of Submitted Information

Users are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information and documentation submitted.

HCR is not responsible for:

  • Errors or omissions in submitted materials
  • Decisions made by third parties relying on reports
  • Outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data

6. Confidentiality

Information submitted to HCR is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with professional compliance review standards and the Privacy Policy.

However, confidentiality obligations apply only as expressly set forth in a written agreement and are subject to legal and regulatory disclosure requirements.

7. Intellectual Property
