Project Intake – Independent Pre-Submission Compliance Validation

Housing Compliance Review provides independent pre-submission compliance validation for housing and construction projects operating under institutional oversight.

Engagements function as a structured documentation control layer prior to institutional submission, capital release, formal oversight review, or project closeout.

All submissions are reviewed individually to determine scope suitability, documentation readiness, and capacity alignment.
Project approval is required prior to engagement.

Approved engagements include:

  • Defined validation scope
  • Structured written deliverables
  • Confirmed engagement pricing
  • Estimated validation timeline

Work commences only upon execution of a formal engagement agreement and receipt of the initial engagement fee.

Before You Submit

  • Engagements are project-specific and independently scoped
  • All submissions are subject to scope review and formal approval
  • A 50% engagement fee is required upon execution of the agreement to reserve validation capacity
  • The remaining balance is due prior to issuance of final deliverables
  • Standard validation timeline: approximately 2–3 weeks from receipt of materially complete documentation
  • Expedited scheduling may be available, subject to documentation readiness and capacity
